The Emerging Leaders Lumpkin (ELL) Program, organized by the Dahlonega-Lumpkin County Chamber of Commerce, is a dynamic leadership development initiative designed to cultivate informed, engaged, and connected community leaders.
This six-session program is focused on developing the leadership and essential skills that drive personal growth, team performance, and long-term organizational success. Participants will explore topics such as emotional intelligence, communication, trust-building, conflict management, personal values, vision, and purposeful leadership through interactive discussions, self-assessments, breakout sessions, and practical application.
Emerging Leaders Lumpkin was created for young professionals, emerging managers, and high-potential employees who are ready to grow in both their professional and personal leadership capacity. It also provides local businesses with an opportunity to invest in developing team members who can take ownership, lead others effectively, and contribute to the future growth of their organization.
Leveraging the Chamber’s strong network of local business leaders, entrepreneurs, coaches, and educators, the program will provide participants with real-world leadership development rooted in the unique needs and opportunities of Lumpkin County.
